Shipping & Returns

We want to ensure your shopping experience with Linen + Lore Home is enjoyable which is why we process your orders quickly and accurately.  You will receive an email notification with shipment tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order.

 

CANADIAN SHIPPING

Pick-up Option - Pick-up location 305 Northfield Drive East, Waterloo ON. N2V 2N4.  Orders usually take 24 hours to process.  We'll email you a confirmation and details to arrange your pick-up

Standard Item Shipping

Orders Over $150 – Free (large and weighted items are excluded)

Orders Under $150 – Shipping calculated at checkout

Large Item & Special Delivery

Large, weighted and fragile items like furniture and oversized wall décor are available on our website as Pickup or Special Delivery Only. This will be indicated within the product details and extra shipping fees will apply.  Please contact us for special delivery pricing at info@linenandlorehome.com

Unfortunately, we are only offering shipping to Canadian addresses at this time.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your new décor item but understand that sometimes things don’t always work out when you get them into your home.  We are happy to offer a return for store credit when returns are initiated within 10 days of purchase.  The item must be received and inspected by Linen + Lore Home staff to be in the same condition it was sold in and in the original packaging. Please send return merchandise to 305 Northfield Drive, E. Waterloo showing a copy of your receipt.  A store credit will be issued to you with either an exchange or in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs for returning items are at the customers expense. 

We do not offer refunds.

Sale items are a final purchase and are not eligible for a return for store credit.
