OUR RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your new décor item but understand that sometimes things don’t always work out when you get them into your home. We are happy to offer a return for store credit when returns are initiated within 10 days of purchase. The item must be received and inspected by Linen + Lore Home staff to be in the same condition it was sold in and in the original packaging. Please bring return merchandise to 305 Northfield Drive, E. Waterloo showing a copy of your receipt. A store credit will be issued to you with either an exchange or in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs for returning items are at the customers expense.
We do not offer refunds.
Sale and custom items are a final purchase and are not eligible for a return for store credit.
